Bruce Lewin

Having met Steve in January of 2009 and with an keen interest around the area of human intangibles, I was more than happy to take up Steve’s suggestion of a forum, events and a vehicle to explore the concept of Human Fit.

Given Steve’s consultancy and academic background and the overlap with the work at Four Groups, this seemed like an invitation too good to refuse!

Writing in June 2009, the site and idea seems like it is coming together slowly and the next part will be to see what the appetite and interest is.

Away from the Fit Forum, I co-founded Four Groups which works with a model of psychology, allowing behaviours, relationships and cultures to be predicted. I also put together the Dig for Leadership site.

Out of work,  I am partial to shellfish, rare steak, watching Liverpool FC and the odd film.
